Obligatory fees to the stay

The price does not include a holiday and spa fee for the Frymburk town.

• Holiday fee is not paid by persons below 18.

• The guests accommodated have a free one-time entry to the Aquapark and Sauna World (does not apply to the day of departure). The last entry is available until 20:30.
• Dressing gown and slippers - the Wellness set is available for one adult person for the whole time of the stay.
• 30% discount for the repeating entry to the unique Underworld exposition if you book via web pages
• Reserve your stay 60 days in advance and you will get 10% discount for the stay! (not valid in TOP season!)
• Because we can appreciate straight booking, you will also get 10% discount for all the massages, Alcina cosmetics treatment and cosmetic procedures selected.
• Discounts can not be combined or used for other benefited offers. It is not valid for the travel agencies, offices or portals.

• the discount is valid only for the children staying in the room with two fully paid persons

• compulsory Christmas fee is 800 CZK / person
  • children 0 – 2,99 years: free Christmas fee
  • children 3 – 11,99 years: 400 CZK for the Christmas fee
• pcompulsory New Year´s Eve fee: 2 200 CZK / person
  • children 0 – 2,99 years: free New Year´s Eve fee
  • children 3 – 11,99 years: 1 800 CZK fro the New Year´s Eve fee

Cancellation conditions

• 1 day before or on the arrival day: 100% from the price of the stay
• 2 – 7 days before the arrival: 75% from the price of the stay

• The stay has to be confirmed by sending the number, type and validity of the credit card of the person ordering the stay or by paying 50% of the stay price via the advance payment
